Mirador is a modern, north facing house with lovely sea views from the house and the large entertainingdeck. Situated on the corner of Stewart and Gowing Streets, the beach, golf club and cafes are all within easy walk.

Mirador is ideal for 2-3 families wishing to holiday together, while still maintaining some autonomy and privacy.

Accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 2 kitchens with dishwashers and decks with water views. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in the separate 2 bedroom section of the house and this is accessed externally by walking outside to the other side of the house and going in a separate door on the eastern side.

There is off street undercover parking for up to 4 vehicles on Stewart Street. There is also pedestrian access to the lane way, but please, no parking here.

Please note that like all our homes, Mirador is in a residential area and is not a "party venue". Noisy, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

You need to bring your sheets, towels, pillowcases, teatowels, hand towels and bath mats.
